Cheesy, savory artichoke mini bites full of flavor! Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients
  • 2 8.5 oz cans of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ΒΌ cup parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp pesto
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin with butter or oil.
  3. Finely chop the drained artichoke hearts.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Portion artichoke mix into muffin tin.
  6. Bake approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown.
